This small home was a complete makeover of a single car garage, with a two story addition and bathroom addition. The original design was prepared by Taproot Design, of Langley, with construction and design refining by MDBLLC Contact
The project made good use of recycled doors, windows, and cabinets, as well as modern equipment including an air to air heat recovery ventilator, spray foam insulation, cable and LED lighting, and steel siding. Interior walls have been given a hand rubbed decorative paint job by the owners.
The stairs are unusual alternating tread, built as a cabinet and moved into place.
