This 1917 built farm house was purchased in disrepair. The original wood floors, doors, trim and window frames were retained, as well as the majority of the exterior siding and trim. Replacement sash added double paned glass. Plaster with integral color filled and strengthened the original thin wall surfaces. The wood floors were cleaned , repaired, stained, and waxed.
New bathrooms and a new kitchen add to the charm.
