This home was designed around 2001, then built in 2004. The owner wanted a contemporary space with a loft, and the palette was kept very simple , with only a couple bright highlights. A heated sunken Milestone bath and adjacent shower provide a luxury. The separate garage and guest studio are accessed by a bridge. Radiant heat, hard surface floors, and water based finishes keep the indoor air quality high.
